I know I read this in the early 00s but it was a pleasure to revisit it.
When this book was first published in 1996, it was surrounded by a lot of hype. The first hook was planted when the book was published anonymously. Then the second hook pulled in readership when it was leaked that the book categorized as fiction, was actually a thinly veiled story about Bill Clintons 1992 presidential campaign.
