Criticism About Books Love is the Answer, God is the Cure: A True Story of Abuse, Betrayal and Unconditional Love
I'm not sure how to describe 'Love is the Answer, God is the Cure'. It is a memoir that will break your heart and sob uncontrollably, whilst also filling you will with hope and marvel at the strength of the human spirit. Aimie Cabo recounts the harrowing story of her life from nightmarish sexual abuse at the hands of her parents, addiction, and poverty. When there was no other comfort for her, she found God her love for him helped her to find love for others and receive love in return. However,

Aimee Cabo Nikolov shares her survival over sexual, emotional, and mental abuse. In the current #MeToo climate, battered and abused women will find a confidante in Nikolov. Readers will learn that they too can survive, no matter what the world or their abusers throw their way.

This is a heart-wrenching memoir about the authors everyday struggle of surviving childhood abuse and sexual assault throughout her life. She has had a hard life - being shunned by family, homeless, drugs, custody battles, etc. - and yet she persevered. This book seems like a coping mechanism, a way to tell her story to many. How she persevered through it all, I could not imagine, but she always kept faith even through the worst of times. If you like to read stories of survivals, you will enjoy

This book is tough. It is very detailed and graphic. If you have a high sensitivity regarding child molestation and abuse, let this review serve as a warning. As a victim of child molestation, it raised so many uncomfortable emotions within me that I did not think I would finish it. This is not a

"I did not know that a young girl who has no sense of self and is pretty, just evokes a kind of predatory sexuality in men who are as weak themselves."I'm not much of a memoir person, but this testimony needed to be told and I'm glad I had the opportunity to read it. Fair warning: this book is very intense, especially for readers who may have experienced the same traumas as the author. The blunt, straightforward writing is what makes it so compelling, and the author's strength is simply
