Twenty-seven year old Carrie Thompson-Sherman has the life she always wanted: her PhD, a prestigious fellowship, and an amazing husband.

Her life begins to unravel as a jealous colleague puts her fellowship in jeopardy and a haunting secret Ray Sherman carried home from Afghanistan comes to light.

Hounded by a federal investigation and the ensuing media feeding frenzy, Carrie and Ray desperately lean on each other, until a disastrous accident puts both Ray and her sister's lives at risk.

In the last hour, Carrie and Ray will each find themselves faced with a choice.

A choice that will change everything.

Evaluate Epithetical Books The Last Hour (Thompson Sisters #4)
There are books in your lifetime that change the way you view the world. There been books I hold so dear because of the emotions they evoke. Then their are those that I hold dear not only for the emotions but for the life changing lessons they teach me. Those books remain timeless in my heart, Fahrenheit 451, The Odyssey, Little Women, and now I am adding this book. This book is priceless, timeless, and now forever epic in my heart. I can't say enough how many stars I wish I could give this

This book is awesome have read the others in the series but this one is way ahead of them I seriously had no idea what was going to happen. With most books you sort of have an idea about what the ending is like. I decided not to read any reviews (Thanks Marta) and just dive straight in and read it. I dont remember the other books being this emotional I did give them 4 or 5 stars but this one deserves way more than that. I wont go into too much detail with my review as I think it is maybe

This is the third book in the Thompson Sisters series by Charles Sheehan-Miles, who is a new to me author and I have devoured these three books this week. While I very much enjoyed the first two books, this third installment totally knocked my socks off. The Last Hour is the love story of soul mates Carrie Thompson and Ray Sherman and their story is a love that is so beautiful and devastating at the same time that I am still reeling. I must warn you that you will need a lot of tissues because

Actual Rate : 5+++++ Sparkling Stars ! A screech of tires to our left, the truck coming at the drivers side. Ray shouted a curse, Sarah screamed, and then the force of the impact was louder than any sound.ThenWhite.Formless images and thoughts, memories, drifted across a blank canvas. My stomach twistedI wanted to scream. I couldt think. I couldt breatheWell get through this. No matter what.Youre gonna be all right WARNING : Do not read this book if you don't want your heart broke into pieces,

If I could this would be getting 100* Charles you are a cruel cruel man with magnificent writing skills, there must have been so much research done to complete this book. I really dont know where to start with this review and no matter what I write I could not do this book justice anyway.I can honestly say that this has taken me a week to write I am grieving along with Carrie, I feel like I have been on the tallest, longest emotional rollercoaster of my life with no ending to it. Myself and

I just have to say, Charles Sheehan-Miles is going to be a famous author. Really famous. From the moment I read Just Remember To Breathe, I was intrigued by Carrie and Ray. When I heard that there was going to be a book about their story, to say I was excited would be a slight understatement.Carrie and Ray are intense. From the moment they meet it is quite apparent that things will be to the nth degree...From the moment the book begins your emotions are thrown for a heart stopping loop. There is

I loved this story. The writing is above & beyond. I want to have a dinner party with CSM! I bet he has so many great stories in his head to share!
