Comment On About Books When the Reaper Comes
With terrorism being such a terrifying but also fascinating concept, and is executed very well in this novel by John L. DeBoer. This was a book recommended by a friend of mine who knows Ive enjoyed books by authors such as Tom Clancy is the past. I have to say even though I hadnt heard of DeBoer previously, When the Reaper Comes did not fail to deliver. The writing is pacey and punchy, much as youd expect in an action thriller, and the plot has enough twists and surprises to keep you in that just

Disclaimer: You know it; don't make me type it out. When the Reaper Comes, authored by John L. DeBoer, is an exciting action/suspense/thriller pitting American security experts against American born terrorists. The bad guys (that would be the terrorists) want to make a statement while killing a popular musician who said things about terrorists that they didn't like. The good guys are the security agents assigned to protect the musician.A lot of supporting characters (on both sides) come together

When The Reaper Comes by John DeBoer, is a fitting name to call one of the terrorist group that seems to fester through our homeland murdering innocent people. Adam is bodyguarding a musician who pissed off ISIS and now is coming full frontal on him which is located in Adams home town. This novel tells the story of Adam, a ex-navy seal, and his partner. They have to stay ahead and strong in the game,  there are many struggles ahead. There's also many style characters that attribute to either

When the Reaper Comes Like watching it play out on the big screen in full Technicolor and Dolby, the action from the beginning of "When the Reaper Comes" by John DeBoer was so well laid out, it was difficult to hit the pause button until the last scene played out. I do enjoy a good thriller and have read my share of both military and political themed novels, including stories that include the present day battle with ISIS. So much of the philosophy zooms over our heads and is usually far enough

TERROR IN JERSEYTheres something very cool about author John DeBoers latest outing. Moving beyond mystery he explores ideological warfarein this case, home grown terrorismwith an eye to the family unit. Ex-Navy SEAL Adam Taylor works for a security contractor with anchors in some of the worlds most dangerous places. Averting kidnaps, torture and death for radical agendas are part of his job description. His tasks are far from rote, but when an ISIS executioner plots a Boston-style bombing in

There are some things in my childhood that I always loved, and one of those things was the classic adventure summer blockbuster film. These specific films were trendy in the 1990s and frequently had very distinct character arcs, portrayal in the culture, and ideas of good versus evil. In today's review, I am reviewing the novel by John L. DeBoer, "When the Reaper Comes." John was kind enough to ask me to give an honest review, and I picked this up on Kindle Unlimited. Starting with my first
