How did I end up so frustrated? It’s a question Katherine asks herself every day. First, a surprise inheritance tipped her life upside-down, and now her new RV park is a muddy mess of half-restored trailers. To make matters worse, she’s falling for her first crush all over again. The only thing she’s sure of at this point is a full-blown identity crisis.

Alex came home after a life-threatening wound ended his Army career. Now Katie is back too, and she’s building something called a glamping park? He feels like he let her down years ago, can he make it up to her now? Or are his own problems too much to handle?

Fate brought Katherine and Alex back to Smithville, and the town-folk want to see them together again. Will the couple be able to cope with the locals well-intentioned meddling, or did their second chance at romance disappear a long time ago...

Weigh Up Appertaining To Books Hometown Girl Again (Hometown #5)
The story starts with the funeral of a distant relative at which Katherine, our leading lady, sees Alex, a former lover, for the first time in years. Katherine receives land and money in the will and decides to start a holiday camping park business. Guess who arrives when she books an electrician to work on site? None other than Alex. The author describes only too well the pent up resentment and tension between the pair and goes on to deliciously tease readers in each chapter with their

I really enjoyed this story. I liked how self-contained it was, as it's part of a companion series and this was my first read into the series. I liked how each character was developed and their shared history was hinted at but wasnt unloaded all at once. I liked seeing a strong female lead, a pensive male lead, and the unique situation that brought them together again. The romance was a slow burn with friendly sweetness and I liked that rather than seeing detailed sex and intimacy. I liked and

To believe againThe story kept your mind on track.there was a lot of emotions people often deney feelings. Interesting in how they worked out.

Hometown Girl Again is the final book in the Hometown Girl series. Alex and Katie's story was emotional, heartwarming and shows a second chance at love is possible. I fell in love with Fish, Alex's companion/service dog, who failed his service dog training by the way.(lol) For me, Fish was instrumental in Alex and Katie getting back together. As always the people of Smithville were their meddling, busy body selves. Hate to see this series end, maybe the author will write a novella, updating us

I just kept readingI read this book , hardly stopping . I loved the way the vintage trailers were described . I enjoy seeing them featured in magazines. Took my mind off my recent surgery.

Katherine (Katie) and AlexLoved this story. Great characters main and supporting. Cant forget about Fish. Could not put down. Definitely a must to read.

InterestingI enjoyed this series although this one was my least favorite. Tara and Lizzie's stories being my favorite. Hope there is another book to the series
